koko210Serve 393921e524 fix: add min-height to #prompt-display and placeholder text in clearPromptDisplay() ...

The empty #prompt-display div collapsed to 0 height, making it appear
'gone'. Added min-height: 3rem and a 'No prompt selected.' placeholder
that clearPromptDisplay() now sets via innerHTML.
